It is truly a holiday paradise in a quiet surroundings were you can come to recharge yourself. In the mornings you will have Kundalini yoga and in the late afternoons Yin yoga, chanting and meditation. All your meals are included. Optional: ayurvedic cooking classes and massages.

Armengauds Yoga Retrats Program

You will enjoy five days of relaxation, yoga, meditation and healty ayurvedic food on a beautiful loction. This is a time to rejuvenate your body and soul. With a possibility to enjoy massage treatments and severel ayurvedic cooking classes.

Food

The food is organic, vegetarian and ayurvedic. The ayurveda works according to your doshas/ constitution. We wil make the meals balanced so it wil be perfect for everyone.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
